What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?Updated 10 months ago

Please contact our Customer Services concierge using the form here and provide the following:

1. Your order number i.e. #XXXXXX

2. The email address used for the purchase

3. Images of the fault / damage: i) close image up of the fault / damage, ii) zoomed out image to show location of the fault / damage on the garment

4. Short description of the fault / damage

Our Customer Services team will reach out to you by the end of the business day following receipt of your message
